Women are more than a gem

To be treated equally and give the same opportunities is the ultimate dream of all. None of us deserve discrimination and treated as non-existent.

Globally, women are very pressured by telling them they can't do better and a weak one. Their capability as a woman questioned by many. Have you ever been imagined a life without a woman, a house without a woman? Do you think being a woman is easy? The life of women are very hard as you would imagine, fighting silent battle and enduring pain and sacrifices but she gets little or no appreciation. Their job is to fulfill the responsibilities of managing home and family, there are a lot of women who are extremely talented and multitasker but have no recognition in society and few organizations gives an opportunity to truly empower women with their rights. In this Era, women truly validate themselves that they can do so much better despite all the discrimination they gets. Many women strives in many aspects in the society, they proved enough that they can do both as a mother and father. Best example is being a single parent. The life of a single parent is one with most of the hardwork, they sacrifice all their happiness to make sure that their children will be in a good life. Modern Women can be a boss, they run businesses. They are really brave and strong to build their dreams and to make it into reality. Then, as if all the right and opportunity belonged to men but now women are aware of their rights and how they must make their own place in society rather than depending on a man.

Women has a great contributiont to the society and play an important role in making our world into a better place. To have a better place, we need a non-discriminating society wherein everyone are treated equally and enjoy the same priveleges. When a community reaches gender equality everyone benefits from it because it is a human right to enjoy equals rights , responsibilities and opportunities.

Women are the most precious thing, she won a lot of battle that no one sees her pain and struggle. She's worth to be respected. To all woman out there don't let anyone define who you are and what you capable of. You are more than anything here in on earth.
