No matter is your age, your social status, and way of life women feel most empowered and motivated if they see women who are similar to them leading an activity, participating in every programs and easy to relate to. But how should we embrace it if we, ourselves don't know how to handle it. What are you going to do if others don't trust you just because of the gender you have. Is it really necessary that we must meet the standards of the society and level up our potential just to comply what the society and people want? All questions may come up to our minds if we'll be talking about gender equality. We are all looking up on what we can and can't do in this entire community being a woman.

Being equal in all aspects is the dream of all. You will feel the contentment when you don't hear and discovers discrimination. You can explore in everything as long as you have the chance to do so. You just need a full courage, confidence, boosting your self-esteem and of course you need to set aside or shutdown the negativity that surrounds you. Be open minded to everybody, learn to accept suggestions, opinions, and admit your mistakes. The characteristics you need to bare is for you and your society to be peaceful and harmonious. Like for example being kind, you have the intelligence, and successful in a way that you can serve as their model, the one they should looked up. You were made because you have purpose. Your gender is not the hindrance to reach your goals. Empowering women is essential not only to the health as well as to the social development specifically in families, communities and countries. When women are living safe, free, and have a productive lives they can reach their full potential contributing their skills to the labor force and can raise a happier and healthier relationship towards another. If a woman began to liberate herself and started to work and explore outside from their houses this is the time where she can begin to engage in activities were previously reserved only for men. The professions and fields which are previously considered only for males are now open for females as well. This would give the chance to a woman to show her skills, to let everybody know that she can do everything regardless of her gender. She can do things that made her to discover and uncover her sexuality, sensuality, and body.

Let's erase this negative concept on our minds saying that, "boys are more powerful than girls" because they are not girls for nothing, so as to boys. Like Eleanor Roosevelt states, "A woman is like a tea bag, you can't tell how strong she is until you put her in a hot water." Woman just need an opportunity to be heard and discovered. You don't need to underestimate them because they have the ability to do what others can. She just need to speak up in order to be recognized because as Malala Yousafzai said, " I raise up my voice- not so I can shout, but so that those without voice can be heard because we cannot succeed when half of us are held back." Let's embrace everything that is given to us. Grab your opportunities and exercise/apply your all rights in a good way.
